1. Am I too late to place an order for dispatch today?
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday within onw working day day. Orders received over weekends, Christmas and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.
2. How much is delivery?
Standard 1st class signed for delivery within the United Kingdom is £1.99 no matter how many cards you order.
3. Where is my order?
All cards are posted Royal Mail, 1st Class, Signed For, and most arrive the next working day; however a small percentage will take longer. A proof of postage is obtained for all orders but if you do not receive your order within one week please do let us know.
4. Who do I contact if I have a query with my order?

5. I'm having difficulty navigating through the PayPal checkout process.
Please contact us by telephone or email and we will endeavour to guide you through.
6. I'm not sure if I have completed my order and payment successfully?
Please check your email inbox to see if you have received a message from to confirm that I have successfully received your order. PayPal will also send an email confirming that your payment has been processed. If you do not find either of these emails in your inbox, please check your "spam" filter, in case they have been directed there. We are only a phone call away if you would like to speak to us in person for full peace of mind.
7. What precautions does Colourful Cards take to make shopping on your website safe?
We operate a secure website with all passwords encrypted.
All aspects of payment are handled by PayPal. PayPal utilise industry standard SSL technology (Secure Sockets Layer) to guarantee a safe and secure shopping environment.
We do not store, input or even see your credit card details, unless you make an order by telephone (after which we shred all personal and financial details immediately after they have been input).
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected online.
8. Data Protection - How does Colourful Cards use my personal information?
Information provided by you online or otherwise will be processed by Colourful Cards and used to provide you with the products ordered, for billing and accounts purposes, and to keep a record of the transaction should we need to contact you regarding your Colourful Cards order. We do not store a paper record of your personal information.
If you have given your consent your information may also be used to keep you informed about Colourful Card products, promotions and services. We will not disclose your information to any outside organisation except as part of the provision of services and products to you, or where we are legally obliged to do so.
9. What is Colourful Cards environmental policy?
We take the environment in to consideration when sourcing suppliers and products. All our cards are made in the UK and we source paper and card produced from sustainably-managed, recycled and biodegradable materials.
10. Do you supply to trade customers?
